This is our 2026 theme for our 3rd conference in just 1 year! We are creating a roadmap for the woman who knows she has a deeper calling but needs the space to find her voice again. These two full days, that begins with an optional VIP networking dinner, and add-on last day strategy session, will move your voice, value, and visibility from a "someday" dream into real-time action.

THE VENUE
The Solidary Room on the first floor of the AFL-CIO Building 815 16th Street, in NW Washington DC. The space is stacked in history and for the creators of the next chapter. A block and 1/2 from the White House, you'll be in walking distance to all the monuments, historical buildings, and museums.
Water, coffee, and lunch will be provided during the conference.
