Speaker FAQs
Is there a fee to apply or to speak?
No, there is no fee to apply or to speak at the Women Getting Visible Show & Conference. At this time, we are not offering speaker fees or covering travel or lodging for this event.
Are travel and accommodations covered?
Speakers are responsible for their own travel and accommodations to and from the event.
Who is this event for?
Women Getting Visible is for women leaders, founders, creatives, and professionals who are ready to become more visible in their work, communities, and lives.
What kinds of speaking opportunities are available?
We are curating a mix of keynotes, workshops, and panels for the Show & Conference so we can offer both inspiration from the stage and practical, actionable sessions.
Will sessions be recorded or photographed?
We anticipate having live-stream footage from the event, but we cannot guarantee individual photos or video for each speaker. Any media we do capture may be used for recap and promotional purposes.
Do I need to be an experienced speaker to apply?
No. Prior speaking experience is helpful but not required. We welcome both seasoned and emerging speakers who can clearly communicate a strong, aligned message.
Will I be expected to promote the event?
We love partnering with speakers who are excited to share about the event. While promotion isn’t required, we do ask if you’re open to sharing and provide ready-to-use graphics and copy if you say yes.
Can I promote my business or offer from the stage?
You are encouraged to share who you are and how you help, but your session should primarily focus on delivering value and transformation for the audience—not a hard sales pitch.
When will I hear back about my application?
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If your application moves forward, you’ll receive an email invitation for a follow-up conversation and next steps.
